Yolanda Adams

What an amazing act to open the 2011 Grammy Awards! Yolanda Adams was a part of the tribute to Aretha Franklin who could not attend this year’s award show. The women sure belted it out, and for more on the performance, with more photos and videos too, keep reading below.

Christina Aguilera, Jennifer Hudson, Martina McBride and Florence Welch also sang alongside her as they sang together, and each did their own solo also. When Adams sang “Spirit in the Dark” she blew me away, you won’t want to miss the clip below!
